USIC GWS

About the project

The Unified Stock Item Catalogue of Goods, Works and Services (hereinafter - USIC GWS) is a classifier of goods, works and services used in all regulated procurement of the Republic of Kazakhstan for planning, accounting and analysis of procurement processes.

The following systems are operating based on the USIC GWS codes:

• E-procurement information system (EPIS);
• public procurement portal (goszakup.gov.kz );
• quasi-public sector procurement sites (mitwork.kz );
• subsoil users' procurement portal (reestr.nadloc.kz, from April 2022);
• as well as a Single Procurement Window - an analytical portal with procurement data of Kazakhstan, created Atameken NCE RoK.

There is enstru.kz, a separate portal for the convenience of working with USIC GWS codes..

Structure of the USIC GWS code:

221111.100.000001

• 221111 — 6 characters — PC TEA

• 100 — 9 characters — Departmental directory of the authorized body for statistics of the Republic of Kazakhstan

• 000001 — 15 characters — GWS name

The commission for approval of the USIC GWS codes consists of:

• Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan
• Ministry of Trade and Integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan
• Ministry of Industry and Infrastructure Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan
• Ministry of Digital Development, Innovation and Aerospace Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan
• Atameken National Chamber of Entrepreneurs of the Republic of Kazakhstan
• Samruk-Kazyna Contract LLP
