The nomenclature of goods, works, services purchased from qualified potential suppliers, as well as qualification criteria for them will be posted on the portal zakup.sk.kz and www.skc.kz as approved by the Fund.
The following preferences are provided for suppliers who have passed the PQ under the current model: 1) exemption from payment for PQ passing under the new PQ model; 2) exemption from making security for the tender application for purchased goods, works, services, and having a level of compliance with all qualification criteria not lower than the minimum (with participation in procurement on a general basis); 3) subject to participation in procurement on a general basis and provided that the conditional prices of the tender price proposals are equal, the supplier who has passed the PQ will be recognized as the winner.
The main PQ stages, types of audit, timing and procedure for its conduct, key areas of qualification criteria are specified in Chapter 7 of the Procurement Management Standard approved by decision of the Management Board of Samruk-Kazyna JSC of September 09, 2019, No.31/19. The specified Standard is posted on the portal zakup.sk.kz and www.skc.kz.
The PQ results are valid until the expiration of the period of validity of being included in the List. To participate in procurement carried out among qualified potential suppliers from January 01, 2021, it is necessary to pass the PQ according to the requirements of the Procurement Management Standard approved by decision of the Management Board of Samruk-Kazyna JSC of September 09, 2019, No.31/19 (hereinafter - new PQ model).
